Gonsa Pharmaceutical Company officially deploys the Warehouse Management System (WMS) of BlueYonder

To build a more accurate, speed, and scientific operating warehouse system for Gonsa, on June 27, 2019, Mr Nguyen Cam Tuan – Deputy General Director of GonSa Joint Stock Company and Mr. Tran Anh Minh Huy – General Director of Total Solutions Logistics Company Limited have officially signed the warehouse management project (WMS). Accordingly, TSL Company will be in charge of deploying the WMS for GONSA. The goal is to bring a new step forward in the Company’s management activities in particular and for the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam in general.

Total Logistics Solutions Company Limited has signed a contract to deploy warehouse management system (WMS) with GONSA Joint Stock Company, this is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, be established since 2010, GONSA has spent nearly 10 years of establishment, developing and maintaining the mission of an enterprise in that pharmaceutical industry. It was aiming at quality products, scientific, safe, and perfect service. Therefore, GONSA is becoming a familiar pharmaceutical brand to customers, the demand from buyers is increasing, the number of products to be managed is also the time that the Company needs to set up warehouse management system (WMS), to optimize warehouse operations.

Asked about the reason for the application of WMS at this time, Gonsa shared, “Currently, the number of items to be managed is increasing, and foreign suppliers are growing. Meanwhile, in the pharmaceutical industry, speed and precision are required criteria; we also can’t continually use manual management tools with an unprofessional warehouse system. So we need a synchronized warehouse management system with seamless connectivity, speeding up, ensuring accuracy, and of course, cost savings.

Receiving demand from GONSA, TSL has outlined the consultancy and implementation plan of the warehouse management system (WMS), which helps control and manage the operation of the warehouse from raw materials to warehouses to finished goods. Warehouse Management System (WMS) builds an intelligent management system, optimizes order picking and shipping, replenishes, and manages inventory in GONSA’s warehouse system.

This cooperation marked a new improvement in the management and operation of the Company’s warehouse, building a foundation to help warehouse management and service of the warehouse more professional, faster, more accurate, and more economical.

TSL is now the official partner of BlueYonder (old name’s JDA) in Vietnam market.
